History
Purity International, llc was founded by a group of highly skilled product developers, manufacturers and marketers with a cumulative total of more than 100 years experience.  Originally under the structure of Longmark Ozone Industries, Inc., we developed in 1987 the first turn-key packaged ozone water purification system.   Our people have established themselves as leaders in small systems for food sanitation and water purification using Low Level Ozone Technology by developing completely self-contained, pre-engineered ozone systems that require virtually no field engineering.

In 1998, Ron Long, president of Purity International, together with Dr. Joseph Montecalvo, past chairman, Dept. of Food Science and Nutrition, California Poly Technic University, San Luis Obispo designed and executed the first in-depth protocols for proving the efficacy of Low Level Ozone Technology for controlling a wide range of common food borne pathogens.

With nearly three decades  of experience developing and marketing purification systems, Purity International holds a unique place within the industry of being on the forefront of producing revolutionary technologies for microbial kill on foods, surfaces and in water .
